Thanks for your interest in my location. No do not have hookups. And yes interested in long term rental

Thanks for the reply I am looking for a fairly long-term spot (6 months) but would need to have electric and water in order to do that. Are you open to discussing solutions to that if I was willing to pay for the installation?

Reply from Vickie C on October, 09, 2017 Report

Yes but city of Austin is very pricy.

Reply from Joy W on October, 09, 2017 Report

Yes, I know Austin is expensive in general but what specifically is paid to the city? Are you referring to permits? I was going to ask if you had any outside water spigots, we have just run long hoses with a splitter and for the electric in our last spot we were able to add an outside 50 amp power outlet off the owners outside electric box for only $120 (now that's obviously contingent on your box be able to handle that extra draw) we again just then used an extension cord and paid the difference in utilities based on the owners average bills. Even as I'm typing I'm not sure it's worth going through all of it for just a 6-month stay but your location looks very accessible to a lot so I was just thinking maybe we could make something work
