This tiny house on wheels is located on a 500 acre farm in Snohomish in a tiny house village.
This is a long-term furnished rental (see full list of furnishings below). Utilities and the tiny house parking rent is included. Looking for a 6-12 month lease, with first month's rent and security deposit due at signing. Pets are negotiable with non-refundable pet deposit.
This tiny house on wheels has been featured on HGTV and Entertainment Weekly Magazine. It has high-end features, including instant hot water, bluetooth ceiling speakers, and a TV lift system.
The tiny house comes furnished with a queen sized mattress, a sofa, two barstools, 50" LED TV, kitchen set (pots & pans, plates, bowls, glassware, silverware), floor mats, curtains, hangers, and a recycling bin. All else to be supplied by tenant.
Features: Full kitchen (apt. sized fridge, stove/oven, microwave, instant hot water, filtered water from sink faucet), dining space (butcher-block bar table, stools), living area (couch, TV lift system, 50″ LED TV), washer/dryer combo, closet, office space, full bathroom (shower, composting toilet (Nature's Head)), loft (queen sized bed, skylight, ladder access), in-wall electric heater, ceiling fan, and bluetooth in-ceiling speakers.
There is parking space beside the tiny house and space surrounding the tiny house for a bbq, outdoor furniture, raised garden bed, etc. There's also covered space for build projects!
