Location, location, location. Less than a mile from the #1 beach in the US. Pull in your motor home or travel trailer and head to the beach. We have full water, sewer, and 30/50 amp hookups. Local residents will tell you that staying just over the bridge from Siesta Key, on the mainland side, means you are not only minutes from our famous white sand beaches, but also have easy access to the thriving city of Sarasota, which Vogue magazine just named “Florida’s Best Kept Secret.”

Walk To:
From our site, walk 100 steps to Abel’s Ice Cream, Island Gluten Free Bakery, and Earth Origins Natural Foods Market. Across the street, Swim City and Splash Sun and Fun offer everything you need for the beach, including swim-wear, towels, beach games, and souvenirs.

10 Minute Drive or 15 Minute Bike To:
Both Siesta Key Beach and local favorite Turtle Beach are each 10 minutes away by car, or we can recommend a bike rental shop should you want to pedal your way around the island. Siesta Key Beach is best-known for its famous soft, powder sand and sunset drum circles, while Turtle Beach is less crowded and provides an excellent launch point for kayaking or stand up paddleboarding through the mangroves. For international cuisine, the Gulf Gate neighborhood is ½ mile away, and includes everything from a British tea House to a Scandinavian shop to a Korean market. Downtown Sarasota is a 15 minute drive; there you will find a thriving, upscale dining and arts scene.

Questions & Answers About this Property

Asked by Brian W on September 04, 2017 Report

For the right home, we'd rent it from you. 300-450. Renting out space on our park long term wouldn't work for our model.

Sounds interesting. Can we discuss?
