During fire season open fires may be prohibited. Prefer quiet folks who can appreciate wildlands and wildlife, or occasionally cattle in the area.
Hi Leilani; Well, before you consider even the possibility of fulltime living, I would strongly recommend that you spend a few days/nights here and in the area, to develop a sense of what it's like. We're pretty remote from services (we have solar power only, for example), water is scarce, wildlife lives all around you and you have to be prepared for anything... Eric
